The ad­mi­ni­stra­tor of per­so­nal da­ta is Fla­min­go 4 sp. z o.o. with its re­gi­ste­red of­fi­ce in War­saw (po­st­co­de 00-549), Pięk­nej 18(he­re­ina­fter re­fer­red to as the Com­pa­ny). Pro­vi­ding per­so­nal in­for­ma­tion is vo­lun­ta­ry.
